2024 Holiday Cut Off & Closure Dates
During the busy festive season, our team works on 10-14 business days to have logo embroidery and up to 5 business days for personalization (name embroidery, monograms and emojis) orders created and ready to ship to you.
Recommended last order dates for your order to arrive in time for the holidays:
Logo embroidery orders:
- Friday 6th December 2024
Personalization embroidery orders:
- Thursday 12th December 2024
Last order dates for your order to be shipped before Cargo Crew closes for a short break over the holidays:
Personalization embroidery orders:
- Metropolitan areas: Thursday 12th December 2024
All other orders:
- Metropolitan areas: Tuesday 17th December 2024
Speak to our team if you require an estimate for your order’s transit time. During busy periods (i.e. Christmas), we always recommend allowing for extra delivery time.
We will resume shipping on January 2nd. Please bear with us while we work to get all your orders dispatched.
International orders are shipped via DHL and shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the order value per the table below.
Please note we currently do not ship to Russia and Indonesia.
- We aim to process un-branded orders within 1 business day. Refer to our Same Day Order Dispatch promoise below for more information.
- Allow 2-5 business days for shipment to reach you in metropolitan areas.
- Shipments to regional areas in all states and those with embroidery may take longer to be delivered.
- You will receive a tracking number via email when your order is shipped from Cargo Crew, so you can follow your order until it arrives at its destination.

Shipping costs for Offline Orders with our Client Service team will be calculated & included in your quote.
If your order includes a Pre-Order item, please note that we will ship your entire order when the Pre-Order item is available.

What currency do you charge orders in?
Cargo Crew is an Australian business and charge all orders in Australian Dollar (AUD) currency.
How does your online Currency Conversion work?
The international currency rates shown (United States Dollar, Great British Pound, Euro and New Zealand Dollar) are converted from Australian Dollars via WebServiceX on a 3 month moving average rate.
It is important to note that this price is indicative only. Your financial institution may use a different conversion rate to that outlined, and they may charge additional conversion fees which is unfortunately out of our control.
For the most accurate conversion rate, please switch to Australian Dollars and reference the listed price with your financial institution for your current exchange rates.
You can visit our Shop & Showroom at 4 Scholar Drive, Bundoora VIC 3083. We are open from Monday to Thursday 9am to 4pm, where we have our full range on hand to try on and purchase.
We stock our full range right here onsite at our Cargo Crew HQ warehouse. This means we can be laser-focused on getting your orders out as quick as a flash!
International online orders placed by 12:00pm AEST Monday-Friday are guaranteed to be dispatched the same day.
